Yogurt Tahini Sauce or Dressing
A versatile, easy and super tasty to have on hand at all times! Alternatively, serve this sauce atop roasted cauliflower or roasted vegetables. You can also use a dressing for a nice Kale salad.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Koko Kai Coconut Yogurt Plain
- 3 Tbsp organic Tahini Stir well
- 2 Tbsp Freshly squeeze Lemon Juice
- 1 garlic clove minced fine
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish and drizzle of Olive oil
Crudites
- 2 Cucumber cleaned and cut lengthwise in 3 inch baton
- 2 Carrots Peeled and cut lengthwise in 3 inch pieces
- 1 bunch fresh radishes
- 4 celery sticks cleaned and cut lengthwise in 3 inch baton
- 1 red bell pepper cleaned and cut in 3 inch strips
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined and taste for seasoning, adjusting acidity with a little more lemon and salt.
- Place in a serving bowl, arrange all the cut fresh vegetables around and enjoy.
