  • 1 cup Hawaiian Mango
  • 2 small Apple Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Koko Kai coconut yogurt (flavor of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Flax seed or Hemp Seed
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Orange juice or Coconut Water or Plant Based Milk of Choice
