Coconut Yogurt Tzaziki Sauce
Dairy Free option to serve along some of your favorite crackers or warm Pita or top any vegetables or bean soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup Koko Kai simple Coconut Yogurt
- 1 bunch mix fresh herbs Mint, Dill and Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp Freshly Squeeze Lime Juice
- 1 small cucumber thinly diced
- dash of chili pepper flake Optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Clove of garlic thinly minced Optional

- In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, taste and adjust the seasoning .
