  • 1 cup Koko Kai simple Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 bunch mix fresh herbs Mint, Dill and Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Freshly Squeeze Lime Juice
  • 1 small cucumber thinly diced
  • dash of chili pepper flake Optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Clove of garlic thinly minced Optional


  • In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, taste and adjust the seasoning .
