Homemade Ranch Dip
Inspired by Shani at simplewholepaleo.com..this homemade Ranch dip is satisfying, Paleo and Whole30 friendly...I omitted the bacon for our vegan friends.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup Koko Kai Coconut Yogurt Simple Plain
- 1/4 cup Vegenaise original
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 stack green onion, sliced thin.. Reserve some for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, whisk all ingredients (except the green onions) until well combined.
- Gently Fold in the green onions
- Store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until all the flavors blended
- Mix Well before serving; Garnish with green onions
- Serve with Roasted Cauliflower, fresh cut crudités, or add as a salad dressing.
- Store in a glass jar container in the fridge for up to a week
