Overnight Oats with coconut Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats Gluten free
  • 1/4 cup Koko Kai Coconut Yogurt Flavor of Choice
  • 1/2 cup Plant Based Milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp each of Chia Seeds and ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup or Agave

Suggested Toppings

  • Pepitas seeds, nuts, granola, berries, pinepapple, papaya or banana

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and mix well until well incorporated. Store in a go container overnight..

Notes

TIP: Save and Re-Use your Koko Kai yogurt empty jar and store overnight oats to go in them overnight. Perfect eco-friendly container with a lid.
