We’re changing our packaging — here’s why, and what stays exactly the same.

If you’ve grabbed a cup of Koko Kai lately, you already know the ritual: pop the lid, stir gently, and let a little taste of Hawai’i your morning. That ritual isn’t going anywhere. But the cup you’re holding while you do it is about to look a little different — and we wanted you to hear it from us first.

Aloha to Glass, Hello to Something Better

We’ll always have a soft spot for our glass jars — they’re how so many of you first met us. But glass is heavy, it’s fragile, and honestly, it made it harder for us to get Koko Kai to more shelves, more stores, and more people who could use a little gut love in their day.

So we’re moving to FSC-certified paperboard cups: lighter, sturdier, and a lot easier on the planet than glass or plastic. They travel better, they’re gentler on our island supply chain, and — not to brag — they look beautiful. Same probiotic-packed coconut yogurt inside. Cleaner, smarter packaging outside.

What’s New

• New cup material: FSC-certified paperboard, replacing our original glass jars
• New sizes: a personal 4oz cup and a share-the-love 16oz tub
• New look: refreshed design that’s easier to spot on the shelf

More Affordable, Too

The new packaging comes with a new price: a suggested retail price of $3.99 in all our trusted partners on every flavor. Lighter, more efficient packaging means real savings — and we’re passing them straight on to you. Same gut-loving yogurt, same clean ingredients, just a lot more affordable to keep in your fridge.

What’s Not Changing

The recipe you trust stays exactly the same. Every cup of Koko Kai is still:

• Dairy-free — made from real, organic coconut cream
• Naturally probiotic — 13 live cultures in every bite
• Free of refined sugar — sweetened the way nature intended
• Free of fillers and shortcuts — just real food, made in real Hawai’i

And yes — Plain, Vanilla, Honey, and Passion Fruit are all coming with us in the new cup and our beloved Passion Fruit Flavor is now seedless.

One More Thing…

We’re marking the occasion with a new flavor: Dark Chocolate Coconut Yogurt. Rich, indulgent, and completely dairy-free — it’s the treat you didn’t know belonged in your breakfast rotation (or your 3pm pick-me-up). It’s joining the lineup in the new cup, right alongside the flavors you already love.
